Cost of Services
All patients must undergo an initial consultation in order to be accepted as a patient with Dr. Laurent. This will give Dr. Laurent a chance to ask you questions about your concerns and give you a chance to ask questions as well. This will allow us to decide, together, if you’re a good fit for care in our office.
If accepted as a patient at the time of consultation, Dr. Laurent will perform an examination, order diagnostic testing when appropriate, and outline any further steps necessary to begin care. This will all depend on your individual needs based on the information gathered during your consultation.
Our services may be covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Our office accepts most major insurances and participates with Medicare. This includes Highmark, UPMC, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, etc. We also accept Auto and Workmen’s Compensation. Our staff will be happy to verify your coverage and review your benefits with you.
For patients without insurance coverage, OR those with massive deductibles and co-payments, our office offers discounted fees through ChiroHealthUSA and interest free financing through CareCredit. These are both excellent tools to help us keep our care affordable and allow you to get the care you need.
We also accept most major credit cards and HSAs, personal checks, and cash.
Before agreeing to anything, you will be made fully aware of all of your benefit and payment options and you will choose which option works best for you.
Fees- Functional Medicine/ Functional Neurology
Functional Medicine Phase I - $600.00
Covers first 60 days care - includes the following:
Medical History and Records Review
Initial Consultation
Comprehensive Examination
Report of Findings and Treatment Recommendations
30 Day Follow Up (Standard Visit)
60 Day Follow Up (Standard Visit)
Email/ Phone availability to address any questions or concerns that may arise between office visits
** Phase I Package must be paid in full at the time of the first visit.
** Does NOT include cost of supplements, lab work, or other testing. Some or all of the cost of required testing MAY be covered by your insurance.
** The average supplement cost for this phase of care is between $700 and $1500. This varies depending upon your individual needs. We take pride in offering you top quality medical grade supplements for lower prices than you’ll find on Amazon.
Functional Medicine Phase II
Once a patient has completed Phase I of their care, follow up appointments are billed per visit, based on the patient’s individual needs.
The cost of all remaining follow up appointments is billed according the length of the visit. Generally a 15 minute Check- up Visit is all that is needed but occasionally additional time may be necessary and will be billed accordingly.
Functional Neurology Phase I Package - $500.00

Comprehensive Examination
Report of Findings and Treatment Recommendations
Following the Report of Findings and Treatment Recommendations visit, Functional Neurology Services are billed on a visit by visit basis depending on that patient’s needs. Visits will typically be 60 minutes at first and include all services rendered during that time. Based on the patient’s progress and needs, some subsequent care can be performed in 30 minutes. This is determined by the doctor.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or do not notify us at least 1 day before the time of your visit, you will be charged half the price of your scheduled visit for that day. Giving proper notice will allow us to fill open appointment times and continue serving our community.
